Types of Donations
General Donation - General donations are used to fund programs set forth by the foundation. These donations are distributed directly as grants.
Endowment Donation - General Endowment Donor - If you’re interested in a long term solution, PAEF is growing an endowment fund that will support PAISD programs year after year. Contributions may be designated specifically for the endowment fund.
Full Endowment Donor - An endowment donation of $50,000 or more ensures the perpetuity of an annual award and may be donor directed with the donor selecting a specific program, subject or
area. The donation can also be established in the name of the donor or in the memory of a loved one. This gift can be made as a one-time donation or a multi-year pledge.
Planned Giving - Individuals interested in planned giving may consider bequests, charitable trusts, life insurance, and other options recommended by an estate planner or tax professional.
Matched Giving -A number of businesses match charitable gifts that their employees make. Please check with your employer’s human resource department to see if you can turn one dollar into two or even three.
The Programs
Classroom Enrichment Grants - Provide funds for teachers to implement new and innovative programs in the classroom that promote advanced approaches to teaching and that enrich the learning experience for students and teachers.
Employee Development Grants - Assist employees of the school district to develop the personal skill sets needed to give our children the best possible education, through continuing education, seminars, workshops and/or conferences.
Campus or District Enhancement Grants - Provide funds to a campus or the district to upgrade or implement tools, activities, or projects which would enhance or advance educational achievement.
